Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026

This policy explains how Tenfold Driver Solutions collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website, apply for driving work, or work with us. We are committed to handling your information responsibly and in line with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

Tenfold Driver Solutions Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17426438), registered office Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London E17 3NU. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator.

For any privacy question, contact us at hello@drivetenfold.co.uk.

2. The information we collect

When you apply through our website, we collect the details you give us, which may include:

If you go on to onboarding, we (or our back-office partner acting for us) collect the documents needed to lawfully place you into work. This is done through a secure onboarding link, not through this website or WhatsApp, and may include:

3. How we use your information, and our lawful basis

4. Who we share it with

We share your data only where needed to provide our service:

We do not sell your personal data. We also use a website form provider (Web3Forms) to deliver application enquiries to us by email, and a website hosting provider to run this site. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law. If you are not placed into work, we keep your application data for up to 12 months and then delete it, unless you ask us to remove it sooner. For drivers we place into work, we keep records for as long as required by employment and tax law, which is generally up to six years.

6. How we protect it

Sensitive identity documents are collected through a secure onboarding link rather than through this website or messaging apps. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your data secure.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us at hello@drivetenfold.co.uk.

You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

8. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics or similar tools in future, we will update this policy and add a cookie notice.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
