Employed, self-employed or limited company
Most drivers are supplied on a fully managed, employed basis, with tax, National Insurance and holiday all handled for you. Where a role genuinely supports it, we can also engage experienced owner-drivers and limited company contractors on a self-employed basis. Employment status is assessed on the facts of each assignment, so the arrangement is right for the role and correct in law — protecting both you and the driver.
Status is determined by how the work is carried out, not by preference. We will always advise the compliant route for the role rather than force a model that does not fit.
